"The Amazing Exercise Program That Transforms Couch Potatoes into Super-Hero Fitness Machines!"

It doesn't matter how OLD you are. It doesn't matter how out of shape you are. Combat Conditioning has the POWER to turn your life around!

Dear Friend,
If you've been looking for an exercise program you can do anytime anywhere, an exercise program that doesn't require equipment - yet gets you into the best shape of your life; an exercise program that can simultaneously improve your strength, endurance and flexibility; an exercise program that rids your body of aches and pains - as well as a program that puts your metabolism in overdrive, then sit tight because what I'm about to tell you may represent the biggest health and fitness breakthrough of your entire life.

Here's why: My name is Matt Furey and before I learned the program I'm now following, I thought I was in great shape. I thought I was strong, flexible and fit. Afterall, you don't win a national collegiate wrestling title like I did (NCAA II - 1985) and a world kung fu title like I did (Beijing, China, 1997) - if you're not in great shape.
author of combat conditioning
Matt Furey, author of the international best-seller Combat Conditioning.

Not only that, but because I was a personal trainer in California for 12 years (1987-1999) - and my clients had gotten great results following what I taught them, I could point to a lot of evidence that proved I knew my stuff.

Yes, I knew my stuff - but there was an entirely different Universe I had never explored. It was a better Universe. Better for the human body than weights or long-distance cardio. Better for you because instead of beating your body up - it made you feel powerful, strong and flexible all at the same time.

This new Universe involved training with your own bodyweight - just like animals in the wild do.

How I Discovered This System of Exercise

Seven years ago I met a 76-year old man, Karl, who was revered throughout Japan and Europe for his knowledge on fitness. Although he didn't lift weights he was strong as a bear with no shortage of fuel in his tank.

For many years I wanted to meet Karl ... and when I finally got my chance I truly had no idea how much my life was about to change.

"Let me see you do a set of Hindu squats," Karl said to me.

"What's a Hindu squat?" I asked.

Karl showed them to me and I began.

"I'll count for you," said Karl.

"Let's see how many you can do. I used to do 2000 of them in a row in 56 minutes. Used to set an alarm to make sure I finished in time."

"Two THOUSAND," I thought, as my thighs began to ache around the 40th rep.

"Once you can do 500 of these in a row, you're on to something," Karl chimed.

Despite having powerful legs that allowed me to easily squat well over 500 pounds, the Hindu squats knocked me on my can in about a minute.

"What's a matter?" said Karl." I thought you were strong. This can't be hard. All you're using is your own bodyweight. Now let's see how many Hindu pushups you can do," said Karl.

After being instructed on how to do them, I got into position and started cranking them out. The first 10 were fairly easy. Then around number 18 my arms, shoulders, chest and legs started to cramp and shake. I broke into a powerful sweat. This was strange because I could easily do 100 regular pushups, practically in my sleep. I could also clean a full keg of beer to my chest and press it overhead.

Yet at rep number 21 I was shaking like a Maple leaf on a fine autumn day.

"What's a matter?" barked Karl. "You mean to tell me that all that education you have on fitness and you can't even do 50 of these?"

Before I could comment Karl had me doing a bridge ... something I figured was no big deal because I had wrestled since I was 8 years old and had the best coaches in the world, including Olympic gold medalists Dan Gable and Bruce Baumgartner.

But the bridge Karl asked me to do was not the same as the one I'd been doing for years. I literally felt every muscle in my body working like never before.

"What do you think of that?" said Karl. "Now you know why I say you can get super strong using nothing but your own bodyweight. What you're going for is not just strength, but strength-endurance."

Why I Don't Lift Weights?

From that day in April of 1999, my life changed for the better. I got into the best shape of my life and - realizing that body weight calisthenics did more for overall development than anything else - I made the choice to leave the weights behind.

But there are more reasons why I don't train with weights. In addition to the rampant steroid use and unhealthy drive to get HUGE, the sad truth is that even those who engage in these activities are oftentimes harming their health - and sometimes permanently.

Don't mean to scare the hell out of you, but the facts are mounting. In the March 13, 2003, edition of the Wall Street Journal, for example, it was shown that pushing yourself to lift heavier and heavier weights increases the risk of aneurysm, stroke, high blood pressure and other problems.

Additionally, after I changed over to Combat Conditioning, I discovered how beat up my body really was. I had lived in pain for so long that I didn't even know what being truly healthy and pain-free meant. Now I do and you can, too.

What Type of Exercises Did Bruce Lee and Other World Famous Athletes Do?

In addition to the truth about my body being beaten up, I discovered some other amazing truths about Combat Conditioning style exercises. I discovered that the greatest athletes the world has ever seen did NOT lift weights.

I discovered that the immortal Bruce Lee did many of the exercises I now teach. And we know about Lee's incredible ripped, lean, muscular look. Not to mention how lightning fast and fluid he was when he fought.

And what about Herschel Walker, a Heisman Trophy winner and All-Pro Running back did 500 pushups and situps each day?

And then there's Ray Lewis - a man who did thousands of calisthenics per day, then went on to guide the Baltimore Ravens to the Super Bowl Title while winning Most Valuable Player honors himself.

The list goes on and on.

Now Serving 121 Countries Worldwide

As of this writing, I have passed my knowledge of these exercises onto "students" in more than 100 countries. Together we have made Combat Conditioning an international best-seller.

Today, Combat Conditioning is a program followed by men and women of all ages and professions. It is used by the U.S. military, it is used by many in law enforcement, by men and women in combat sports and martial arts.

Combat Conditioning is used by celebrities, including famous movie stars, rock stars and professional athletes.

Combat Conditioning is used for weight loss and for increased strength, endurance, flexibility and muscle. It is used to help eliminate back pain, shoulder pain and knee pain ... as well as an assortment of aches and irritations all over the body. Plain and simple, the program works.

How Combat Conditioning Will Transform Your Body

1. It will help you blow-torch off excess body fat so quickly that you can eat more than you normally do and still look better than ever.

2. You will pack and chisel functional muscle onto your legs, chest and back that you've never had before, even from weights.

3. You will simultaneously double your strength and flexibility - and do so without needing separate workouts for each.

4. You will quadruple your endurance inside of 30 days. Just think how much this can help you. No matter what, you'll NEVER get tired..

5. The chronic back and shoulder pain you may have had from years of heavy squats, deadlifts and bench pressing may go away within a couple weeks. It has for many of my students.

6. You will sleep like a log. Eight hours of deep sleep is no longer a goal. It's automatic. As soon you hit the rack you'll be out like a light.

7. Your self-confidence will know no bounds. Especially when you get compliments from people who hardly paid attention to you before.

8. You can train anywhere. You don't need more than a few square feet of carpet or pavement and you're all set. You have absolutely no excuses and your body will love you for it. You don't need any equipment. Just your own bodyweight.

9. You'll get a kick-butt workout done in 15 minutes or less. Sure, you can do more - but I've gotten incredible results with this amount - so why ruin a good thing?

10. You will turn back the clock. Your friends may tell you that you look 5-10 years younger.

11. You'll have an explosive type of strength that weights cannot give you.

12. Your muscles will be like a pliable and powerful tiger - ready to pounce on prey in a heartbeat.
You're welcome to take a look at this list again. The truth is you cannot find another fitness program on the planet that delivers this kind of fire-power. Combat Conditioning is the ultimate life-changing workout.

You may not believe me now - but you will after you've done the program and experienced the results.

The results are dramatic. They are life-altering and life-changing.

What do men and women have to say about the Combat Conditioning program?

"I've known Matt Furey since 1997 and his teachings never cease to amaze and inspire me. I recommend Matt to all my patients. His exercise program is perfect for men and women of all ages - and naturally, being I'm an anti-aging physician, that's the benefit I like most. Matt's program, plain and simple, keeps you young - and makes you young."

"Matt, I am a US Marine stationed overseas. I am also a wrestler/judoka and the Marine who developed the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program. I use your courses regularly. I like your no-nonsense approach. Particularly as I get older, bodyweight exercises are quick, flexible, all-encompassing and convenient. Keep up the good work!"

"In Combat Conditioning Matt Furey follows in the footsteps of Karl Gotch, taking a classical approach to conditioning. This approach is rock solid. Having used the exercises and having the people I coach and train use them, I have found these exercises to be great. Read the book and learn."

"After receiving quite a number of emails from people telling me about their positive experiences with Matt Furey's system of bodyweight exercises, I decided to order his book and video and check it out for myself. Guess what? They're right ... His 'Royal Court' of three bodyweight exercises is demanding - and fun. Combat Conditioning, Furey style, is definitely worth exploring ...Furey's exercises offer a wonderful new challenge -- just what the doctor ordered to renew enthusiasm and keep your gains coming. Give it a try."

"We just bought your Combat Conditioning book and it is fantastic! For years as a gymnast and gymnastics coach I have been doing a lot of these exercises. Some I haven't done in a while like the handstand push-ups and some we do on a regular basis like the v-ups and mountain climbers.

"I have added some new ones from your book like the grasshopper, reverse push-ups and of course the Hindu push-ups and Hindu squats. I have also made the kids on the team do them.

"I have already noticed a change in my thigh muscles and shoulders!! I thought I was in great shape until I started doing those Hindu push-ups!! I love them.

"For years I have been telling my guy pals that lifting weight only added bulk and did nothing for you other than looking good. They couldn't even touch their toes!! Thanks for validating my way of thinking - that strength and flexibility need to go hand in hand. Something that gymnasts and wrestlers already should know.

"I am entering the Army in April and am using your book to get in kick-ass shape before then. Thanks for the inspiration!!

"Combat Conditioning is growing in popularity by leaps and bounds for one reason. IT WORKS! Those who feel threatened, well, they aint gonna beat us--so they might as well join us. By the way, I'm 51, have worked out my entire life, and nothing compares to what Matt Furey teaches. I'm in the best shape of my life - and that's saying a lot."

"I am in better shape now than before, and before I was using heavy steroids.I looked bad, bloated and was always sore. Now I am clean, look great, and I am strong. I can pick guys up over my head and throw em' like toys, and I am being accused for steroid use because of my muscle tone."

"The Hindu pushups are such an incredible workout for the entire upper body, that I hardly recognize myself when I take my shirt off. Yes, my wife is diggin' it. You gotta understand Matt, I've been a fitness freak for the better part of my adult life. But nothing has worked so well for me. Ever. I've been a runner, bike rider, tried exercise videos, lifted weights. I could go on and on. I am recommending Combat Conditioning to all of my students and friends. There is absolutely nothing better on the market."

"Oh my GAWD, I'm not only tired, but had my workout time literally halved! My legs are sore, my heart raced as if I'd run for 10 miles ... and all this took place inside of 20 minutes!!!! This was from some of the exercises from Combat Conditioning. Matt, all I did was the Hindu squats (28) the Hindu push-ups (16) and just 2 of the bridges, did a wall sit for 2 minutes, I couldn't do anymore than that, honestly ... and I was wiped out! I literally worked up a sweat and ended just after only 20 minutes! I love workouts like this where it kicks my ass, because I now know I can only get better from here. I'm just proud of the fact that I got through as many Hindu squats and Hindu pushups as I did. Thanks. It only gets better, stronger and leaner from here. Gyms have nothing on one's own bodyweight."

"Did I get bigger and stronger as the result of lifting weights? Absolutely. Did I add muscle mass? Yes. Did lifting weights give me more energy? Probably. However that is where the benefits ended. My flexibility decreased every year that I lifted and due to the very dangerous nature of lifting I had constant aches and pains. Moreover, I have obtained all of those benefits and more from performing those silly little bodyweight exercises. Within one month of Combat Conditioning my flexibility improved and some of the aches and pains subsided. It is now two years later. I am 36 years old and I am in the best condition of my life(by far). Some of my old weight lifting buddies are in such constant pain that performing everyday tasks become monumentally difficult."

"I still lift weights along with all of the exercises I've learned from Matt. After back surgery, 6 knee surgeries, and serious shoulder problems I feel better than ever. And while I still enjoy lifting weights, my rehab, improved health and conditioning, improved flexibility, etc. are a direct result of Combat Conditioning ... I'm stronger than ever and my new found strength and knowledge helps me lift weights safer."

Mark Gaudreault

"I can hold a 25 minute Back Bridge even though I have two sets of fused vertabrae that were in part destroyed from weightlifting. I could squat well over 300lbs. for 20 reps but got sore as hell when doing Hindu squats."

Dave Dreher
New Jersey

"If I'm gonna pick a bar fight I want Furey and guys with functional strength. I've seen hundreds of guys who can bench press the entire weight tree but can't wipe their ass, use a blow dryer on their head or toss a NERF football in the ocean while standing on the beach. I'll be 43 in October and I combine Matt's stuff with O-lifting, road work and anything I can think of to kick my rear. I've NEVER been in this kind of shape."

Michael Rutherford
Kansas

"Your videos were definitely worth the wait! Trying to keep up with you, and maintain coordination, was the best laugh I've had in a week. Well, it's great to see how the exercises are actually performed. The videos are so much help in that area! Thank you once again for sharing your education with us all. I am one awfully sore old lady right now! But, I keep going back for more!"

Coral Glosser - (Female)

"First off, I've been doing Combat Conditioning for about 3 weeks now and I'd like to say thanks. One of your adds sounded just like me. I'm a large mammal at 6'4", 240 lbs. My one rep maximum in the bench was around 400 lbs. so I thought I was in pretty good shape. The only problem was my creaking bones when I woke up in the a.m. I'm a San Diego cop and "the job" is definitely a contact sport. Combat Conditioning has made a big difference in my OVERALL strength, conditioning, and flexibility. The guys at the station can't believe that I'm not lifting weights anymore but you can't argue with results. Thanks again and keep it up."

Chris Poznanski
San Diego, CA

"Matt , I just finished the first week of the Combat Conditioning/Combat Abs exercises and nutritional principles. OH MY GOD! After just 7 days, I've lost 10.5 pounds and have taken 1 1/2" off of my waist! I am also seeing my level of fitness improving; I was so out of shape that at first, the best I could manage was 6 Hindu Squats and 6 Hindu Pushups. I'm up to 25 each already, and getting better every day. I still can't bridge, but am using the Wall Walking exercise. I can't touch my head to the floor yet, but every time I do the exercise, my head keeps getting lower.

"Matt, I have never had results like this. I'm excited about Combat Conditioning and look forward to exercising. My only regret is that I didn't have my wife take pictures of me before I started. Well, the camera will be ready when she gets home from work tonight! And a tip of my hat to Bob Lucarelli... he was my inspiration to getting my ass in gear and getting started.

"Thank you so much for making Combat Conditioning available... and Happy 10th Anniversary! "

Brian Van Winkle

"Hey Matt,
My name's Serena and I'm a 5' 26 year old female. I recently climbed Mount Kinabalu in the state of Sabah in Malaysia. Before the climb, I was worried that I'd get stiff muscles before reaching the top. You see,the climb is broken into 2 segments. On the first day, we are to take a 7km trail (which includes both natural slopes and steps cut into the earth). Then at 2 am on the next day, we are to climb a further 2km to the top - mostly steep rocky slopes. All in, it was a 2,537m climb (from the Kinabalu Park at 1,558m above sea level to the summit at 4,095.2m above sea level). But was I surprised that when I woke up on Day 2, my legs were FINE! No stiffness at all! And it's all thanks to Hindu Squats. And before that day, I was only doing 150 squats a day, 3 days a week, for 2 weeks! (But of course I took many weeks to work up to that.) Thanks Matt, for making this info available."
